We accept reservations by phone, you can arrange your desired date and, if necessary, your choice of room with us. If you have a desired date, it is advisable to make the reservation as early as possible.
However, due to cancellations or postponements, renting is often possible at short notice - simply inquire by phone. We will also be happy to take your telephone number and call you if a cancellation makes the rooms available again on your desired date.

Can I visit the rooms beforehand without obligation?

Of course - but please call in advance and arrange a viewing appointment to make sure that we are present and that the rooms are free.

I have to cancel, what now?

If you want to cancel the reservation because something has come up at short notice, please call immediately and cancel. If you know that you will not be able to keep your reservation, this would be a phone call or, if necessary, e-mail or SMS. We will cancel your reservation free of charge if we receive your cancellation three or four days before the date. We will also cancel your reservation

If the rooms are not left clean or something becomes defective during use, we expect your understanding if we expect an adequate share of the costs for the necessary cleaning, repair or new purchase.

It is important to us:
To leave the rented rooms clean and to put the waste in the designated bins (which is not always so easy for welcome foreign citizens of every nation), otherwise we will have to ask for a cleaning fee
• Heating up to 3 (and not on 5 and windows open)
