We accept reservations by phone, you can arrange your desired date and, if necessary, your choice of room with us. If you have a desired date, it is advisable to make the reservation as early as possible.
Due to cancellations or postponements, however, a rental is often also possible at short notice - simply inquire by phone. We are also happy to receive your telephone number and call you if the rooms become available again on your desired date due to a cancellation.

Can I visit the rooms beforehand without obligation?

Of course - but please call in advance and arrange a viewing appointment, so that it is ensured that we are present and the rooms are free.

I have to cancel, what now?

If you want to cancel the reservation because something has intervened at short notice, please call immediately and cancel. If you know that you will not be able to keep your reservation, this would be a phone call or, if necessary, e-mail or SMS. We will cancel your reservation free of charge if we receive your cancellation three or four days before the appointment. We also cancel your reservation

If the rooms are not left clean or something becomes defective during use, we expect your understanding if we expect an adequate cost share for the necessary cleaning, repair or new purchase.

It is important to us:
To leave the rented rooms clean and to put the waste in the designated bins (which is not always so easy for welcome foreign citizens of any nation), otherwise we have to demand a cleaning fee
• Heating up to 3 (and not on 5 and windows on)
