The building is a former inn, which has been modernized and converted into accommodation for fitters. Currently there is room for 20 people in 7 rooms (2 - 4 single beds per room). In the future, there will be up to 40 people.
In the house today there are 2 communal kitchens, 1 sanitary area with shared showers and toilets, a separate full bathroom, a separate toilet, 2 common rooms for dining, etc.
The property is rounded off by a large parking lot for cars and vans.
