Rent all year round a modern furnished apartment / fitter accommodation in Grimma / OT Leipnitz.The apartment is fully furnished, including towels, bed linen, dishes, various electrical kitchen appliances, dishwasher, electric stove with oven. It is located in our detached house on the ground floor.The accommodation has a living room with folding bed and a sofa bed and is open to the kitchen (amerik. Kitchen). The bedroom has two single beds, in the bathroom there is sink, shower, toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer.The terrace is accessible from the living area and equipped with table, benches and a large parasol. A gas grill is available on request.A 5th extra bed in the living room is possible by arrangement as an emergency solution. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Parking is available on the property.
