The apartment for a site manager or two fitters / production workers, is located in Berlin Köpenick on the property of a single-family home with a garden. It is newly equipped, was renovated in 2020 and it is a very quiet, large, bright apartment in the basement, forest location, within walking distance of large and small Müggelsee. Depending on your needs, we also rearrange the beds/furnishings within the apartment to adjust the desired privacy...
A small workstation with USB charging station is available and fast Wi-Fi (50Ter Ltg.).
( For guests who have concerns about electrosmog, the TV and the receiver can be disconnected on all poles at the assigned main switch. )
There is a mosquito repellent on all windows and the patio door.
A foldable handcart as well as child locks for the sockets, a hot water bottle, an iron, electric bread slicer, hand mixer, cold zone fryer, simple expresso machine can be provided.

Description

The apartment for a site manager or two fitters / production workers, is located in Berlin Köpenick on the property of a single-family home with a garden. It is newly equipped, renovated in 2020 and it is a very quiet, large, bright apartment in the basement, forest location, close to large and small Müggelsee.
It has its own entrance, a double bed, each 90 x 2.00 with new Schlaraffia 7-zone cold foam mattresses + footboard and headboard as well as hardness-adjustable slatted frames,
or optionally:
a single bed as 90 x 200 and an equally high-quality extra-large single bed as 120 x 200- standing separately; and a private bathroom with shower / toilet and a new 40" Blaupunkt LED TV [ For long-term tenants it is possible to activate streaming services ...], direct dial telephone with its own phone number [ free of charge throughout Germany for "short calls !"]; new, modern upholstered leather seating area, a new, modern pantry kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, sink and stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mini oven, etc., etc.
And, even,

Washing machine use is possible "in an emergency" with the landlord.
It is only a few minutes walk to the beach of the Müggelsee.

Minimum rental period: 13 days.

There are parking spaces 'just around the corner' available with a correspondingly "own property access"!

Forecourt
• Outdoor seating as a "coffee place" in the garden

• Barbecuing is possible in the garden by arrangement.
• Small smoking island in front of the room entrance "in very bad weather", otherwise at the 'coffee place'.

Rules
• Check-in: from 2.00 p.m.

Various hygiene articles, washcloth / washing glove / soap sponge, toothbrush cup, pumice stone, simple flip-flops, (for craftsmen or fitters: 'hand washing paste'....), comb, cotton pads, ear sticks, etc., we can provide you with pleasure - everything is for hygienic reasons, as well as if necessary after the 'disinfection' with the landlord ...
