DESPITE COVID-19, we continue to rent to fitters!!!!!!

Craftsmen in Germany hold the position!

Rentals are not only still allowed and in great demand, but needed more than ever. In general, the following applies: "The rental of fitters' apartments to business travellers and craftsmen is still permitted." (German Tourism Association Coronavirus Information for Hosts, as of 19.3.20)

Bed linen is included in the price. Towels, electricity, gas and TV.
The tourism fee is 7.5% and is charged if no proof is provided that you are professional in Dortmund.

For fitters and business travellers For example:
4 weeks rental per employee 22,00€ plus 7% VAT and one-time final cleaning 15,00€,
14-day bed linen and towel change free of charge.

2 weeks rental per employee 24,00€ plus 7% 7% VAT and one-time final cleaning 15,00€,
14-day bed linen and towel change free of charge.

1 – 7 days rental per employee 26,00€ plus 7% 7% VAT and one-time final cleaning 15,00€,

The property is located in Dortmund - Marten. About 200m away is the tram line U44. They live above the Old Brewery in Marten but not open at the time of COVID -19.
In the immediate vicinity there is a Greek restaurant (Syrtakis), bakery Grobe and a kebab shop. The Netto and the Penny are about 500m away. Distance to the city center about 10min by car.
