The apartment consists of a sleeping area with a large double bed (continuous mattress 1.8m wide), a large pull-out sofa bed with table, a spacious kitchen room with complete fitted kitchen including toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, dishes and cleaning utensils, as well as a living-dining area, a new bathroom with shower and toilet, and a large, covered balcony. Of course, we are happy to provide a baby bed and a high chair. TV with satellite channels, safe, hairdryer, luggage rack and music system are provided as standard. Towels and bed linen are of course part of the equipment. The in-house washing machine and tumble dryer can be used free of charge. Of course, our fast Wi-Fi is also free! Breakfast can be booked. In the evening you can spend (maybe also together with your colleagues) nice hours in our new, adjacent beer garden. Located directly on the idyllic Schwarzbach stream without any street noise. Let yourself be pampered by our varied menu.

If you arrive by car, our own parking spaces are available free of charge. For motorcyclists or cyclists we have a lockable garage ready. Arriving without a car is also no problem, the train station is next door.
