In the 2019 completely renovated apartment you will find everything you need to feel good: modern bathroom with 2-person shower with view into the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, pull-out sofa bed with TV corner and a bedroom with king-size bed. In the 10,000 sqm garden there is a natural pool, which invites you to refresh.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2019 and offers an above-average standard of living on 55sqm.
If necessary, the sofa bed can be used as a third place to stay.
