The apartment is located directly on the S24, entrance from the direction of Dahlen, on the left hand side in our beautiful resort of Schmannewitz.

The unobstructed view of the "Collmberg", the heath and nature is not denied to you.

The apartment is about 85 square meters and consists of a living room (sofa bed for 2 persons 140 x 200 cm), a bedroom (2x single beds 90 x 200 cm), separate kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower and a washing machine on the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. On this floor you will find another bedroom (3x single beds 90 x 200 cm).

A separate entrance to the house ensures privacy.

A small seating area can be found in the hotel's own garden.

You can park your car or, if necessary, your van on the designated parking space directly on the property.
