Additional information

The large and bright apartment is located on the 1st floor and in the attic. In front of the house there are always enough free parking spaces on the street. There is also space for trucks and vans. In the garden there is a place for barbecues.

Living and dining room:
The room offers, in bad weather, with over 33 m² on a beautiful living landscape plenty of space in front of a 55" TV. Netflix and game console are of course included. The dining table can be extended up to 2.60 m and thus allows enough space for a joint breakfast in a larger group.

4 bedrooms:
2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds. 2 further bedrooms have 2 double beds.

Kitchen:
In addition to a pharmacy cabinet, which gets a lot of food, the kitchen also offers a large freezer, which definitely fits more than just a pack of ice cream. A dishwasher ensures a relaxing holiday. Furthermore, many important things can be found: microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

Bathroom:
The bright 9 m² daylight bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to a relaxing bath after a busy day.

Lounge:
Would you like to end the day with a wheat or a glass of wine and listen to nature? The lounge offers a fantastic view over the Weser Uplands.

2nd bath:
The daylight bathroom offers a toilet and a washing area.

Our apartment is extremely family-friendly and also offers a very versatile playground and a barbecue area in the garden. Due to its quiet yet convenient location, our apartment in the Hessisch Oldendorf district of Segelhorst offers you the ideal starting point for tourist tours in the Weser Uplands as well as business matters. Although you are in the immediate vicinity of nature, the A2 is only 5 minutes away and lets you quickly reach Hanover and more distant destinations. Visitors to the BDH Clinic can easily master the 2.4 km distance on foot or with our free rental bikes.
