We rent a cozy and quiet apartment in Spremberg in the attic.

The apartment is designed with a double bed for 2 persons. An extra bed for 1 more persons is possible because there is still a single bed in the living room / bedroom.

About the apartment
The apartment is about 30 m² and is located on Muskauer Straße in Spremberg. It has a large living room / bedroom with dining area, kitchen, living area with couch and sleeping area and a separate bathroom. Children and pets are of course welcome. The apartment is located in a separate house on the 1st floor under the roof. It is spatially demarcated and has its own entrance. A parking space for one car is located in front of the house.

Spremberg Train Station is just a few minutes' walk from the property. Likewise the nearest bus stop. In front of the house is space for your car. The city centre is approximately 1.2 km away.
