The location:

Quiet location on the outskirts of the village with ideal riding, hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing opportunities. Our house is also suitable for winter (sports) holidays. We have enough snow for skiing and tobogganing almost every year. Cross-country trails practically on the doorstep are regularly groomed, a small lift can be reached in 5 minutes – further lifts in Aalen (10 min.) and Essingen (20 min.).

Other:
- Child-friendly (baby cot, high chair on request),
- Dogs / animals allowed on request, washing machine and dryer shared use in the basement, vacuum cleaner.
- Small library, game collection, radio, TV,
- No smoking in the rooms, parking in front of the house. Garage on request
