Description
House approx. 200sqm: 1-12 persons, 6 double rooms, garden with barbecue, bathroom with shower / bathtub.
Apartment 1 approx. 80 sqm: 1-5 persons, 2 double rooms, 1 single room, bathroom with shower.
Apartment 2 approx. 100 sqm: 1- 7 persons, 3 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower / bathtub.
Comfortably submitted apartments (non-smoking rooms) in a quiet location in Schwenningen.
Our apartments are designed for the well-being of fitters. We only offer single beds, no double beds, no bunk beds.
The apartments all have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with TV, bathroom with shower partly also with bathtub and separate toilet.
Smoking outside under the canopy or balcony possible.
The final cleaning is one-time between 50 - 100 euros depending on the apartment.
Bed linen and Wi-Fi are included free of charge. Prices are subject to 7% VAT.
