We rent out entire houses for companies. The capacity is between 20 and 35 people. We rent only medium and long term, from 6 - 12 months.
All houses are located in the urban area of Munich. Public transport is within walking distance. Supermarkets, doctors, shopping etc. is all nearby.

The houses are fully equipped, with refrigerators, beds, kitchens, cutlery, washing machine, TV, internet.etc...

We are renting complete houses for companies. The houses have space for 25-35 people. All premisses have enough toilets, bath rooms, showers, beds, kitchens and washing maschines. The houses are in the city of Munich, close to subway and every day lifes needs, such as super markets, restaurants, shops, etc.
We do only contracts from 6 -12 month! We have different houses and big flats to rent. Here is only one adress as an example. Please contact us for more information. We are only doing the contract for the whole house directly with the company, not with the tenants directly.
