A total of two apartments, each with a single bathroom and kitchen.

Apartment 1: 2x double room, 1x triple room = 7 persons
Apartment 2: 3x double room = 4 persons

Each apartment can be booked individually or several as a package. For longer stays, a landlord confirmation is possible.

- GARDEN --> garden in front of and behind the house may be used. Large sun terrace including seating and reclining furniture.
- BARBECUE --> barbecue facilities on the terrace.
- KITCHEN--> Kitchen with dining room.
- SMOKING --> Smoking is allowed on the covered terrace.
- PETS --> Pets are not allowed.
- QUIET --> Please behave in such a way that the other guests are not disturbed. From 10.00 p.m. onwards, room volume must be maintained in all rooms. After 10.00 p.m., when leaving and returning to our house, out of consideration for the neighbors and guests, any noise must be avoided. If there are disturbances of the peace, a termination of the lease on the part of the landlord is possible
- VIDEO SURVEILLANCE --> The public area is under video surveillance.
- WASHING MACHINE --> Washing machine and dryer are only available in two of the five rooms and can be used free of charge. Please do not hesitate to contact us when booking.
- BED LINEN --> Prices include bed linen
- PARKING --> parking spaces are free and sufficiently available.
- LOCATION --> apartment is very central and quiet, so you can completely switch off from everyday life. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
- INVOICE --> You will receive a VAT invoice for your stay.

- LIVING --> We pay great attention to cleanliness and cosiness. Rooms are modern, bright and friendly furnished. Changes in the rooms and their furnishings (in particular the relocation of furniture) are prohibited. We do everything to make you feel at home.

Pricing

Description

You can easily reach Käthe-Kollwitz-Platz 19a via the A23, both from the south and from the north. You can also travel to Elmshorn via the B431. From both departures it is only about 5-10 minutes to the accommodation.
Free parking spaces are available in sufficient quantities on site.
After booking, you will receive a detailed overview of the parking spaces and directions to the accommodation.
