Description

WELCOME to our 2020 newly built worker apartment in the district of Biberach an der Riss. This is located in a quiet location in an older, detached farmhouse with two further worker apartments (these are rented to a company for a longer term).

The apartment is located on the upper floor, but has a separate entrance through an external staircase. It has 2 triple bedrooms (one with flat screen TV), a cozy dining/living area (with flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and storage room), 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets and a very large, covered balcony. The entire apartment is heated with underfloor heating.
Towels and bed linen, as well as free Wi-Fi are of course available. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available free of charge.

There is a large parking lot in front of the house.

Shopping facilities can be found in Schemmerhofen, 3 km away.
The distances to the nearest major cities are: Biberach an der Riss 8 km, Ehingen 18 km, Laupheim 20 km, Riedlingen 28 km, Ulm 40 km.
The entrance to the B30 is about 8 km away.

The apartment is rented from 4 people and is subject to VAT.
Our prices are: 4 pers. = 23,-€ / 5 pers. = 21,-€ / 6 pers. = 19,-€
(all prices per person per night plus 19% VAT).
