Linger on our cozy, covered terrace and enjoy the first rays of sunshine.

A small, uncovered terrace offers the possibility to barbecue.

Through the separate side entrance you reach the 75 m2 apartment.

Our fitter apartment was newly renovated in 2021 and completely refurnished.

In the cozy kitchen you will find a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, and a fridge / freezer. (Pots, dishes etc. available!)

In the living room there is a large LED TV for common use, as well as a pull-out sofa bed.

The 15 m2 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also shared.

Washing machine and tumble dryer available.
