Description

Furnished temporary living in a half-timbered house. Our rooms were last modernized in 2019. All rooms are equipped with TV and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection and are within walking distance of the center. Only 10 minutes from the train station in a very quiet location. There are also renovated shared bathrooms and a common room with a kitchen.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. For monthly prepayment we offer you 20% on the indicated room rate.

Arrival is possible around the clock thanks to our key boxes. For this, however, we must have received a cost assumption from the company or a down payment. Just write to us for more information.

* Cancellation fees:
- 14 days or less before arrival = 50% of the total amount
- 7 days or less before arrival = 75% of the total amount
- 3 days or less before arrival = 100% of the total amount

Rental price incl. VAT, bed linen and weekly cleaning. (Bed linen change possible on request with extra charge). Our apartments are non-smoking. In case of violation we charge 250 EUR, in case of repetition we withdraw from the accommodation contract without the right to refund.

Arrival by train or car possible. The B27 leads directly through Lauffen, turn into the village at the large Aral petrol station. After the police station, take the next left and you're there. By train, please get off at the Lauffen stop. On foot, you can reach Lange Straße via Bahnhofstraße, which becomes Stuttgarter Straße. Our accommodation is located directly on the corner of Brückenstraße / Stuttgarter Straße.
