The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept apartment building in Rostock -Toitenwinkel. Parking spaces are plentiful in front of the house. Shops are in the immediate vicinity within walking distance (150m). The A19 motorway is also in the immediate vicinity, you can reach it within 5 minutes and are therefore very flexible in terms of connections.
