Additional information

We offer 2 rooms in our house in Landau.
One room is a single room, the other is designed for up to 3 people.
Rooms are equipped with kitchens, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
A seating, wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables are also included.
For the two rooms there is a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Washer and dryer are for shared use.

The rooms are located in a two-family house, wonderfully quiet on the green city slope, and yet centrally located on the upper town in Landau a.d. Isar. A footpath leads directly to their cultural offers, town hall, town hall, etc. directly at the house.
Federal highway B20 and A92 can be reached in a few minutes.

The house was completely renovated in 2019 including all sanitary facilities and divided into individual "studio rooms" (living, sleeping and cooking in one room).
Shops such as Penny, Aldi, KiK, Tedi, Müller Drogerie, Netto are 3 minutes away.

The rooms are each equipped with
