Kitchen/dining room, bathroom and balcony are available for shared use.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment; however, it can be smoked on the balcony.

The kitchen (fitted kitchen) is fully equipped (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, etc.)
A washing machine is also available.

We offer free Wi-Fi and on-site parking.

Description

We privately rent an apartment (3 single rooms) for fitters, business travelers or students.
This is located close to the center in a quiet and well-kept apartment building in Pirmasens.

The cleaning of the rooms during the stay is carried out by the tenants.
The rooms must be returned clean and tidy.

Shopping facilities are within walking distance.
A bus stop is right across the street.

Payment of the rent and deposit is made in advance and before moving into the accommodation.
Without prior receipt of payment, no keys will be handed over.
