The beautiful apartment in Baierbrunn with a total of 140 square meters of space is spacious, quiet and is located in the south of Munich in the triangle Pullach-Grünwald-Baierbrunn. With 3,000 inhabitants, this is the smallest of the three villages, an idyll.

Only 25 minutes from the center by S-Bahn and 30 minutes by car.

· 20 m2 second bedroom with 120 x 200 cm single bed and a 100 x 220 cm bed for very tall people. Second bathroom with shower and tub opposite bedroom 2. Small desk for working in the attached conservatory.

· The dining and living area of about 45 m2 with optional bedroom 3 extends over two connecting rooms and attached to it is an approx. 12 m2 kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and cozy sitting area for about 4-6 people. In the dining area is a dining table for 6 people, which can seat up to 10 people when extended.

· The third bedroom can be used by 5 guests as a living room, in which there is a large leather sofa and two armchairs as well as the television. If there are 6 or 7 guests, there are also one or two single beds.

· As usual in Germany, the apartment is equipped with a nice central heating system, which provides pleasant warmth even on the coldest days. No aircon available. On hot summer days, it is recommended to leave the shutters down during the day to keep the apartment cool.

The entire apartment is provided with fast Wi-Fi in the mash method. The house is connected to the internet via fiber optics. VOIP, video telephony and streaming are quite possible.
