Description

We offer you an 85 sqm fitter apartment, which can be reached via a spiral staircase on the 1st floor. The fitter's apartment has a very large modern bathroom with toilet, shower and corner bath. A washing machine is also available.

The bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 more single beds are located upstairs in a gallery. A wardrobe of approx. 80 cm width is available per bed.

A fully equipped kitchen is available with dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hot water kettle, as well as a seating area for 4 people. A 2nd fridge is also available.

A large roof terrace can be used for smoking. (Smoking is prohibited inside the fitter's apartment!)

The connection to the A57 motorway is less than 1 km away, in the direction of Cologne or Nijmegen. The A42 in the direction of Duisburg can be reached quickly via the A57.

Prices:
up to 2 persons: 80,- € per day
for 3 - 4 persons: 85,- per day
(Arrival and departure days count as 1 day each.)

Plus a final cleaning fee of 80,- €

From the 4th week onwards, we will charge you 1 intermediate cleaning per month in the amount of €30
